Boosting efficiency with forward voltage drops down to 0.73V at + 125°C, the LVB1560 and LVB2560 single-phase, single in-line bridge rectifiers come in GSIB-5S packages and exhibit high forward-surge-current capability. The LVB1560 specs a current rating of 15A with a forward voltage drop down to 0.73V at 7.5A while the LVB2560 carries a current rating of 25A and a forward voltage down to 0.76V at 12.5A. Both feature maximum peak reverse voltage ratings of 600V, an oxide planar chip structure, and a case dielectric strength of 2,500 VRMS. Pricing is $3 each/1,000.
