Relying on CMOS technology, the S-11L10 Series positive-voltage regulator delivers a low output voltage, specifies a low dropout voltage, and consumes 150 mA of output current.

Relying on CMOS technology, the S-11L10 Series positive-voltage regulator delivers a low output voltage, specifies a low dropout voltage, and consumes 150 mA of output current. An over-current protection circuit prevents the load current from exceeding the capacitance of the output transistor while a power-off circuit ensures longer battery life. Features include a selectable output voltage from 0.8V to 3.3V, an input voltage from 1.2V to 3.65V, and a dropout voltage of 210 mV typical. SEIKO INSTRUMENTS USA INC., Torrance, CA.
