Made using thick-film technology to achieve high reliability and small size, the DVSA, DVHF and DVTR families of dc-to-dc converters are screened to three different levels, qualifying them for use in military, avionics and space products. The converters meet MIL-STD-704 A-D power bus standards, are pin-to-pin equivalents of existing products, and offer complete magnetic feedback without using optocouplers. They also are said to eliminate slow start-up problems. The converters can accept 15 to 50 vdc and, depending on family member, can deliver 6W, 20W or 30W (max.) and offer single outputs of 3.3V, 5V, 12V or 15V, dual outputs of ±5V, ±12V or ±15V, and triple outputs of 5V and ±12V or 5V and ±15V.
