A dual 50-mA low-power, low-dropout regulator, the MIC5211 is offered in a 6-pin version of firm's IttyBitty SOT23 package that lets designers get a dual LDO in the same footprint traditionally required for a single LDO. The MIC5211 is a µCap low-dropout regulator using small, low-cost ceramic output capacitors. This device is well-suited for applications with low-dropout voltage of 250 mV at 50 mA and low quiescent current of 180 µA. In shutdown, these devices have a supply current of 0.01 µA. Separate enable input pins allow independent control of the individual regulators.
