The 300-mA/150-mV AP7335 and 600-mA/300-mV AP7365 low-dropout (LDO) regulators offer adjustable and fixed output voltage operation at an accuracy of 2% across an operating temperature range from -40?C to +85?C.

The 300-mA/150-mV AP7335 and 600-mA/300-mV AP7365 low-dropout (LDO) regulators offer adjustable and fixed output voltage operation at an accuracy of 2% across an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. They support input voltages from 2V to 6V and both devices deliver adjustable output voltages between 0.8V and 5V and fixed voltages of 0.8V, 1V, 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3V, 3.3V, and 3.9V.
