Pumped for noise-sensitive portables, the ADP120, ADP121 and ADP130 LDOs promise the right balance of low-noise performance and very low quiescent current. The ADP130 comes in a TSOT package while the ADP120 and ADP121 are available in WLCSPs as well as standard TSOTs as an option. The devices operate with supply currents below 350 mA while consuming 11 µA to 24 µA of quiescent current and operating at output voltages as low as 1.2V. All three devices are stable with a small 1 µF ceramic output capacitor, eliminating the need for additional bypass capacitors. The ADP120 and ADP121 specify a 60-dB PSR at 10 kHz while achieving noise figures of 40 µVrms and consuming 11 µA. In addition, the ADP130 employs a dual-supply architecture that enables a 17-mV dropout voltage. Prices for the ADP120, ADP121, and ADP130 LDOs are $0.26, $0.27, and $0.33 each/1,000.
