For applications requiring high-speed data transmissions in the realm of 800 Mb/s, the AS1154/56 LVDS drivers promise to halve the supply current of comparable devices. Both drivers consume an operating current of 2 mA. The dual-channel AS1154 and single-channel AS1156 convert LVTTL/LVCMOS signals into LVDS output signals conforming to the ANSI TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard. Other features common to both drivers include a pulse skew of 300 ps, an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C and , operating voltage from 3V to 3.6V., and theyThe devices are available in eight8-pin SOIC packages.
