The MD1820, MD1821 and MD1822 four-channel MOSFET driver ICs suit applications that require high speed and high output current such as medical ultrasound imaging, nondestructive testing equipment, and CCD-based products. The MD1820 has four non-inverting outputs while MD1821 has four inverting outputs and the MD1822 has two inverting and two non-inverting outputs.
