Offered as drop-in replacements for SOT723 devices, the DMN2300UFD N-channel and DMP21D0UFD P-channel are the company’s first MOSFETs to wear miniature DFN1212-3 packages.

Offered as drop-in replacements for SOT723 devices, the DMN2300UFD N-channel and DMP21D0UFD P-channel are the company’s first MOSFETs to wear miniature DFN1212-3 packages.  With a junction to ambient thermal resistance (Rthj-a) of 130º C/W, the package handles power dissipation up to 1W continuous, ensuring significantly cooler operation than a SOT723 with an Rthj-a performance of 280º C/W. Prices for the DMN2300UFD and DMP21D0UFD are $0.10 and $0.11 each/10,000. DIODES INC., Dallas, TX. (972) 385-2810.
