An embedded IEEE-802.3af-compliant Power Over LAN technology is easily integrated into 24- and 48-port Ethernet switches. It's offered in two single inline package (SIP) sets: the four-component PD-IM-7124 for 24 ports and the seven-component PD-IM-7148 for 48 ports. Using these sets, switch vendors can implement a full Power Over LAN system with no additional components. Features include internal current measurement, per-port programmable-limit current source, overload and underload detection, and programmable detection and disconnect timers. Contact the vendor for pricing.
