With a current range from 10A to 320A and voltage ratings from 34V to 100V, a series of Schottky rectifier diodes has a maximum operating junction temperature rating of 175°C, guard rings to assure dV/dt capability and come with stated avalanche

With a current range from 10A to 320A and voltage ratings from 34V to 100V, a series of Schottky rectifier diodes has a maximum operating junction temperature rating of 175°C, guard rings to assure dV/dt capability and come with stated avalanche ratings. The first three products are the DSS 16-01A, DSS 2x61-0035A and DSS 2x61-0045A diodes, with the first being a 16A/100V diode in a TO-220. The latter two consist of either two independent 35V or two independent 45V diodes rated at 60A each in SOT-227B packages.
