Schottky-Diode Network Terminates 18 High-Speed Data Lines

In the DNR Series of Schottky-diode networks, designers gain a means of terminating as many as 18 high-speed communication lines. The low-power, low-noise diode networks are packaged in 24-pin QSOPs and are specifically designed to reduce reflections on all types of data lines, including high-speed memory bus applications. By replacing up to 36 discrete diodes with one fine-pitch SMT device, the networks reduce both component counts and placement costs. The DNR-QDN001 device exhibits a typical diode forward voltage of 0.5V at 10 mA and 0.8V at 50 mA, with typical channel leakage of 0.1 µA.
