A family of 20 Schottky glass diodes in MicroMELF packages offers 30V, 40V, 50V, and 60V maximum reverse voltages and DO-35, the SOD80 MiniMELF, the SOD80 QuadroMELF, and the firm's MicroMELF packages. With low typical forward voltages ranging from 320 mV for 30V devices to 410 mV for the 40V and 60V devices, these devices minimize forward losses. MicroMELFs measure 2 x 1.25 x 1.25 mm, which is the standard 0805 outline.
