Sealed Power FETs Weather Harsh Environs

These hermetically sealed HEXFET power MOSFETs are for use in step-down DC/DC power conversion systems in applications such as satellite launch vehicles and under-sea broadband communications equipment. The N-channel FETs include: 30V devices, which are for 1.8V and lower output DC/DC converters; 55V units for 3.3V and 5V converters; and 100V and 150V FETs for 28V to 100V output subsystems.
