Four devices in DO-8 packages make up the series. Operating over a -40°C to 180°C temperature range, the 150U(R)60D, 150U(R)80D, 150U(R)100D and 150U(R)120D have voltage ratings of 600V, 800V, 1 kV and 1.2 kV, respectively. They are manufactured with a unique process that combines brazed-die construction with a compressed assembly, said to bolster reliability and ruggedness, as well as stable forward-voltage characteristics over the life of the component.
