The TK11835M is a positive to negative switching regulator that is suited for use in wireless applications, battery-powered systems, computer, hard disk drives, or industrial equipment. The device works by converting a positive input voltage into a regulated negative output voltage. The maximum regulated output voltage and current are determined by the choice of the external PNP transistor and inductor. The thermal protection feature provides oscillator shutdown in the event of an overload condition. The device is housed in a SOT-23L-6 SMT package.
