The UM5K1N and UM6K1N MOSFET devices each combine two 2SK3018 transistors in a single 2 mm x 2 mm, SOT-363 package. They require only a 2.5-V drive, making them suitable for use in hand-held equipment.
In the six-pin UMK61N, the transistors are totally independent and in the five-pin UMK51N the transistors have a common-source pin. Both parts have a static drain-source, on-stage resistance of 5 ohms typical and 8 ohms maximum at 4V at 10 mA. A protection diode is built-in between the source and gate.
Pricing for the devices start at $110 per 1,000 pieces.
