The ST6G3244 embarks as the first voltage-level translator (VLT) compliant with current Secure Digital (SD) 3.0 standards.

The ST6G3244 embarks as the first voltage-level translator (VLT) compliant with current Secure Digital (SD) 3.0 standards. SD 3.0 specs provide up to 2 Terabytes of storage capacity and extends read/write speeds to 50 MB/s at 50-MHz. The six-bit, bi-directional CMOS-level ST6G3244 ensures data integrity via balanced propagation delays, EMI filters, and signal conditioning. In a BGA25 package, it operates from a 1.8V or 2.9V supply and is backward compatible with most SD 2.0 devices. Price is $0.84 each/1,000. STMICROELECTRONICS, Lexington, MA. (888) 787-3550.
