Adapter Eases BGA Interfacing

The DT-BGA484C-P-Z-01 allows a 484-pin micro BGA package to be easily connected to the PGA interface of a device under test (DUT) hardware modeling unit. The adapter routes the BGA signals to the PGA pins with 1:1 pin mapping. The adapter uses an open-top style ZIF socket to maintain reliable connection for up to 10000 insertions.
