The Tra-Bond 789-4 one-component, thermally-conductive adhesive is claimed to have four times more thermal conductivity that unfilled epoxy adhesives and exhibits strong adhesion to metals. The material cures in one hour at 125°C or as quickly as 30 minutes at 150°C. Working life is three months.
