Alarm System Monitor Panel Uses Backplanes

May 1, 1999

Designed for use with standard or power segmented backplanes, the ALM-100 environmental status monitor and user interface panel for system control monitors fan speed, the system's internal temperature, the backplane input voltage, the dual power supplies, and the watchdog timer, providing audible alarm indication as well as buffered system status to the backplane. It can also be connected to a standard, non-power segmented backplane with an ISA interface card and is well-suited for a variety of mission critical applications such as telecommunications, military, industrial manufacturing, and remote data acquisition.
