All-Media Pressure Sensors Are Accurate In Severe Environments

Jan. 1, 1999

Particularly well-suited to severe industrial environments such as corrosive liquids, refrigerant gases, hydraulic oils, and pharmaceutical materials, the KP-10 Series of industrial all-media, high accuracy sensors span a measurement range of from 2 to 500 psi. The sensors are designed with four-active-arm Wheatstone Bridge diffused directly onto a silicon diaphragm and exhibit no measurable hysteresis while withstanding up to 200% of rated ranges.
