Coin-Cell Batteries Easy To Replace With New Retainer

Feb. 1, 2001

This coin-cell battery retainer is designed for space sensitive situations where ease of battery replacement is important. Made from 0.010" nickel-plated phosphor bronze, the retainers provide solid electrical contact for 20-mm lithium cells while taking up little more room than the battery itself. Batteries slip easily and securely in place, making battery replacement a simple operation for the consumer. The retainer is ideal for computer, miniature remote control, or electronic game applications. The retainers are priced at $0.15 each/10,000; $0.12 each/100,000+.
