Enclosure Accessory Increases Internal Wiring Capacity

Sept. 1, 1998

Designed to increase an enclosure's internal capacity for cabling, Panel Width Adapter Kits are the answer for space and wiring problems associated with conventional 19-in. racks. When assembled in 24-in. wide enclosures, the adapters are said to reduce the frame equipment mounting down to standard 19-in. EIA requirements. The new system provides an additional 2 1/2 inches on either side of the mounted equipment for easier cabling and wireway management. Applications include telecommunications and networking.
