Fan/Heat Sink Combination Fits Intel's I/O Processor

Nov. 1, 1998

Designed for cooling Intel's I/O processor, S4407D-5 is a 44-mm square, 7-mm highfan/heat sink package with mounting holes that conform to Intel specs and a removable retention mechanism. The low height ensures adequate space for inlet air, even when the adjacent slot is populated. The proprietary design offers long life at elevated temperatures. The units operate from 5V and provide 2.2 to 2.7°C/W of worst-case power dissipation.
