GaAs Amp Touts Low Noise Figure

Targeted at digital cellular applications, including DCS, GSM, PCS CDMA, PCS TDMA, and 2.4-GHz systems, the RF2365 3.0V low-noise amplifier has a 1.6 dB noise figure at 1850 MHz and 1.75 dB at 2450 MHz. The GaAs chip also features 18 dB gain at PCS/DCS frequencies and 15.5 dB at 2.45 GHz. It also offers external bias control.
