Hardware/Software Package Supports Video Streaming To DICOM

March 1, 2001

This streaming to DICOM program streams video from a wide variety of medical imaging modalities and creates a standard DICOM file that is then available to be sent over a network to any DICOM compatible server. This example program enables medical imaging OEM's and systems integrators to immediately incorporate this streaming to DICOM capability into their own medical imaging acquisition and patient management systems. Source code is included to the example program to simplify program integration.
