Military Applications Get Small Switches

Designed for military applications, these custom spring-return switches can replace switches that experience field failures due to an inability to absorb rugged treatment. The D Series switches are a smaller version of the firm’s E series switches. Additional shaft stabilization supports were added for water-sealed versions of the product. The front plate, lever arm and index wheel were redesigned to be even stronger. Testing indicated that the switch would last in excess of 25,000 cycles.
