Screws Are Strong, Non-Reactive

Sept. 1, 1998

Made with PEEK polymer high-performance thermoplastic, PERPL Series 7 line of non-metallic screws can out perform metal and other plastics in applications for a wide range of industrial applications such as semiconductor and chemical processing, downhole equipment, industrial machines, pollution controls and electronics. These injection molded screws have superior resistance to a wide range of acids, bases, inorganics and solvents, even at elevated temperatures. Low levels of ion extractables and particle generation characteristics make these screws well-suited for assembling production equipment for semiconductors.
