Size Of DSL Transformers Is Reduced By 50%

May 1, 2001

Claiming to deliver performance levels equal to devices twice their size, the TKH7 xDSL transformers measure just12.5mm x 9.6mm x 12.3mm and incorporate the company's patent-pending TKH7 ferrite core, said to deliver improved performance compared to previous EP13 and EP10 transformers. The shape of the ferrite core is optimized for low total harmonic distortion and low transformer parasitic elements. The transformers are safety approved to the IEC950 standard for supplementary insulation at a working voltage of 250V.
