Small Chip Hosts Eight DACs

Offered in a 10 mm2, 44-lead plastic MQFP, the SPT5420 provides eight d/a converters in a single chip. The octal, 13-bit parallel-input voltage-output device dissipates just 195 mW and has a settling time of 15 µs to ±0.5 LSB. Operational temperature range is from 0ûC to 70ûC.
