This device features 21 dB gain, 8 dBm power output at 1 dB gain compression, and -32 dB isolation. This voltage-biased device has all bias regulation circuits integrated into the RF IC. It also features a two-stage internal network to provide a broadband gain and 50 ohm input and output impedance.
