SP4T Switch Works With Built-In ASIC

This SP4T absorptive GaAs MMIC switch with integral ASIC driver comes in a 24-lead QSOP surface-mount package. The SW65-0440 is intended for applications such as diversity and channel switching in wireless telephony, wireless LAN, and GPS receiver systems. Key attributes of the device are integral TTL/CMOS ASIC driver, high input IP3, low insertion loss and good isolation.
