Thermal Management Materials Are Flame Retardant

Aug. 1, 2000

The Sarcon expanded line of thermal management components is specifically useable as thermal conductive insulators for semiconductors, compression jointing for thermistors and thermal conductive components for heaters. The silicone rubber-based materials combine high thermal conductivity and flame retardancy with traditional silicone rubber properties of heat resistance and electrical insulation. The materials are available in tape, sheets, rolls, sleeves, cap forms and die-cut shapes with optional adhesive attachment.
