Thermally-Conductive Silicone Withstands High Temperatures

Designed as a high-temperature, flexible, thermally-conductive product for encapsulating heat-generating devices and modules such as transformers, rectifiers and power supplies, TRA-BOND 813J01 silicone can be cured over a wide range of temperatures and, once cured, can operate at temperatures up to 260°C. The 1:1 mix ratio, highly filled material is said to exhibit superior thermal characteristics and is well-suited for applications that require thermal management, with its flexibility particularly useful where dissimilar substrates must be bonded.
