How can I take advantage of NAND flash?
NAND flash is available in a number of configurations ranging from raw NAND flash to Universal Flash Storage (UFS). The different architectures split functionality between the host and storage device (see the figure). Raw NAND flash requires a host to provide all services usually within the device driver. Intelligent NAND flash offloads error correction to the storage device
