The 36V, 4A TPSM53604 step-down power module packs enhanced thermal and EMI performance into a size that is 30% smaller than any other 36V, 3A or 4A solution on the market. The fact that it can produce a full 4A yet still be smaller than any 36V, 3A solution in the industry speaks to its highly-efficient buck converter core and the exceptionally-low thermal resistance enabled by a routable leadframe (RLF) QFN package.
