The highlights from another week of new product introductions.

Here are some new and notable products that should be on your radar. They include a thermal interface material (TIM) that promises to cool down data centers and an op amp that is specially designed to run on deeply discharged batteries. Other highlights include a new single-board computer (SBC) for HMIs as well as a system-on-module (SOM) based on the RZ/G2 family of MPUs from Renesas.
