The company's latest InGaP HBT Darlington amplifier gain blocks include eight devices covering a frequency range from dc to 6 GHz. The amplifiers specify OIP3 up to +38 dBm with P-1 dB compression ranging from +11 to +20 dBm and gains from 12 to 18 dB

The company's latest InGaP HBT Darlington amplifier gain blocks include eight devices covering a frequency range from dc to 6 GHz. The amplifiers specify OIP3 up to +38 dBm with P-1 dB compression ranging from +11 to +20 dBm and gains from 12 to 18 dB measured at 2 GHz. Other features include operation from a 5V to 7V supply and a spurious free dynamic range of 95 dB. In 20 mm x 12 mm SOT89 packages, samples are available now, and an evaluation board optimized to a user's bias and frequency of operation is available for $75.
