Leveraging its thermally efficient Power SIP package, Apex offers a pair of high-power op amps for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads. The PA15, housed in the 10-pin Power SIP, features up to 200 mA continuous output current and a low, 3.8 mA maximum of standby current. It can also pulse up to 300 mA into capacitive loads. Internal power dissipation is rated at 30W at a 25°C case temperature. The PA13 is a high-current hybrid op amp that comes in the 12-pin Power SIP. It features a 1.1°C/W thermal resistance and 135W of internal power dissipation. Output current is up to 10A peak on a 90V (±45V) supply.
