Reported to break barriers for performance limits in slew rate and power bandwidth, the PA17 MOSFET power operational amplifier achieves a slew rate of 50 V/µs while maintaining a continuous current of 50A or 100A pulsed. The device employs a four-wire current limit technique that performs current limiting without the need to consider internal or external m½ parasitic resistance in the output line. It operates on a maximum supply voltage of 200V and can dissipate up to 850W. Additional features include external shut down control and optional boost voltage inputs. Price is $395.75 each/100s.
