Spanning 12 devices, the 103 series Schottky diodes feature a low forward-voltage drop and a very high surge-current rating. They are offered in a range of breakdown voltages-40V (xx103A), 30V (xx103B), and 20V (xx103C)-and in DO35, MiniMELF, QuadroMELF, and MicroMELF packages. Features include a forward-voltage drop of 0.37V at 20-mA forward current, a maximum leakage current of 5 µA at a reverse voltage of 30V, and a single-surge current of 15A. Typical junction capacitance is 50 pF at 1 MHz and an integrated protection ring guards against static discharge. Pricing starts at $3.05 each/100. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY, INC., Malvern, PA.
