Debuting in PowerPAK SC-70, SC-89, and standard SC-70 packages, the company’s latest family of p-channel MOSFETs claims to exhibit the lowest on-resistance per unit area. Built on next-generation TrenchFET technology, the devices offer maximum on-resistance ratings of 29 mΩ in the SC-70 package (2.05 mm x 2.05 mm), 80 mΩ in the standard SC-70 (2 mm x 2.1 mm), and 130 mΩ in the SC-89 (1.6 mm x 1.6 mm). The family includes single-channel devices with breakdown voltage ratings of -12V, -20V, and -30V. Pricing starts at $0.20 each/100,000. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY INC., Malvern, PA. (408) 567-8347.
