Available in surface-mount, 1.8-mm high, SOT-223 packages, the CS223-2M/2N and CS223-4M/4N series SCRs extend operating current ranges to 2A and 4A, respectively. According to the company, the industry standard for standard SOT-223 devices is 0.8A. The 2M/4M SCRs specify a repetitive off-state voltage of 600V, and the 2N/4N SCRs specify 800V.
