Operation from single (+2.2V to 36V) or dual (±1.1V to ±18V) supplies is a key feature of the OPA244 series of op amps for battery-powered and space-limited applications. The ultra-low-power amplifiers offer an excellent speed/power ratio of 240 kHz/40 µs. Offset voltage is ±700 µV, open-loop gain is 106 dB, and input bias current is a low 10 nA. These specs are for the entire operating voltage range, with key parameters also guaranteed over temperature. In addition, the amps' input common-mode range includes ground, making them suitable for single-supply applications. They're stable in unity gain. A dual version is also offered.
