Exploiting the company’ advanced PowerTrench process, the FDP025N06, FDB024N06, FDP032N08, FDB031N08, FDP047N10, and FDB047N10 60V to 100V MOSFETs enable power supplies to meet the 80 PLUS Silver specification. The devices specify an on resistance as low as 1.9 milliOhms (FDP025N06) and, reportedly, exceptionally low values for Miller Charge (QGD) and total gate charge (QG). They employ lead-free terminals and meet moisture sensitivity requirements in accordance with the lead-free reflow requirements of the joint IPC/JEDEC standard J-STD-020. Prices range from $3.75 to $4.17 each/ 2,500. For further information, call FAIRCHILD SEMICONDUCTOR, South Portland, ME. (800) 341-0392.
