Powered from a 9V to 13.2V supply, the SiP41111 75V half-bridge, n-channel MOSFET driver delivers a 2A peak sink and source gate driver current. The driver suits automotive applications as well as high-voltage buck converters, push-pull converters, full- and half-bridge converters, active-clamp forward converters, power supplies, motor control, and class-D audio systems. It features a maximum bootstrap supply voltage up to 75V and is capable of driving a 1,000-pF load with a typical rise and fall time of 10 ns. Typical delay match and high-low match time is 6.5 ns. An integrated 1.5Ω bootstrap diode reduces external component count. Available in SOIC-8 and thermally enhanced PowerPAK SOIC packages, price starts at $0.85 each/1,000.
