The OPA series of precision 1.8V op amps is designed for battery-powered applications. The OPA363 (single with shut- down), OPA364 (single without shutdown), OPA2363 (dual with shutdown), and OPA2364 (dual without shutdown) exhibit a maximum offset of 500 µV and a maximum quiescent current of 750 µA per channel. They provide rail-to-rail inputs without crossover between input stages to render a CMRR of 100 dB over the entire input range. Shutdown mode reduces power consumption to 0.9 µA. The OPA363 comes in a SOT23-6 and SO-8, the OPA364 comes in a SOT23-5 and SO-8, the OPA2363 comes in an MSOP-10 and the OPA2364 comes in an MSOP-8 and SO-8. The OPA363 and OPA364 are priced from $0.55 each/1,000 and the OPA2363 and OPA2364 are priced from $0.88 each/1,000. Quad versions will be available this quarter in TSSOP-14 and SO-14 packages.
