Fabricated on a CMOS technology that provides low bias current, high-speed operation, high open-loop gain and rail-to-rail output swing, the MCP60X family of 2.7V single-supply operational amplifiers offer a gain-bandwidth product of 3 MHz with typical operating current of 250 µA. The family is specified from 2.7V to 5.5V over the -40°C to 85°C range. The op amps’ common-mode input voltage range can be driven 0.3V below ground, which suits the amplifiers for single-supply operation. They’re unity gain-stable and can drive capacitive loads.Single (MCP601), dual (MCP602) and quad (MCP604) devices are offered in PDIPs, SOICs and TSSOPs.
