Targeting ultra-miniature products including mobile phones and digital-media players, the company's latest line of low threshold voltage MOSFETs are designed for simple integration into a wide variety of low-voltage circuits. They can be driven directly from low-voltage logic level outputs without the need for charge pumps. Package options include single and dual array configurations. The single DMN2005LP4K in a DFN1006H4-3 package requires 0.6 mm2 of board space while the dual array DMN2005DLP4K in a DFN1310H4-6 package requires 1.3 mm2. Both devices measure 0.4 mm in height.
